(Reuters) - An appeals court on Wednesday revived a Florida teacher's lawsuit against a Christian school that fired her after she admitted to conceiving a child before her marriage. Vienna-based Paragon Technology Group Inc. has named David Gordon as vice president of its health care IT practice, Washington Technology reported.
Gordon was most recently a principal of Booz Allen Hamilton Inc.'s health market business. He will be responsible for leading the division in delivering advanced health care IT solutions to government clients.

- Hamilton Fixture to close in Butler County
Hamilton Fixture is closing its facility in Butler County this month and eliminating nearly 100 jobs.
The company is a manufacturer of fixtures, cabinets and point-of-sale products for retailers nationwide. It operates a 331,000 square foot manufacturing facility on Symmes Road.

Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP says FDIC General Counsel Michael Krimminger will join the law firm next month.
Krimminger will be a partner based in the firm's Washington office, joining its international banking practice.
Krimminger, 54, has held various positions at the FDIC since 1991. He has been general counsel since February 2011.
